Our Facility Policies

• Please respect the facility, management and your fellow members and guests.

• Alcohol is prohibited on these premises.

• Only clean shoes, clubs, and new balls are allowed on the turf.

• Metal cleats are prohibited at all times.

• You must swing your club in the designated tee off area, only.

• Only one person allowed in the tee off area. All others must stay off the turf.

• Please pay attention. Clubs and balls moving at a high velocity are dangerous.

• Assure your range of swing is free from obstacles and people before you swing.

• Be aware of your backswing and follow through at all times.

• All swings and shots must be directed at the hitting/projector screen.

• Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone’s range of swing.

• Respect other members' time. Make it a point to finish up on time.

• Please report any accidents to us. In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.

• Members are financially responsible for any damage to the facility and/or facility equipment caused by not following the guidelines above or for damage caused for any other reason.

• Members are financially responsible for any damage caused by their guest(s).

• The Golf Cavern, LLC is not responsible for members’ and guests’ personal property while on the premises, including damage to personal property and or theft.

• Please abide by the guidelines above to ensure your safety. The Golf Cavern, LLC is not responsible for your safety during a reservation. Furthermore, The Golf Cavern, LLC is not liable for any actions taken by members or guests while on the premises.

• Failure, by a member or their guest(s) to abide by any of the above procedures may result in the cancellation of a member's membership.

• The Golf Cavern, LLC reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time, without refund.
